The things I really want you to know about me is that I am a Christian and I am human. That's it. I am an imperfect person that requires a lot of caffeine and even more grace. If you've come this far and you aren't "religious" don't go away yet, because neither am I. Yes, Christianity is my "religion" but its so much more. It is a relationship with an omnipotent, omnipresent Savior that personally gave everything so I could live. You might think that sounds crazy, believe me it is, but just stay a while and let me show you how He's changed my life. 

Another thing that is a huge part of my identity is my calling to be an educator. From the time I was in 3rd grade, or before, I have known I wanted to be a teacher. The journey hasn't been easy and I'll talk about that later, but man is it worth it. I get to be a part of so many lives that I won't know the impact of this side of heaven; but I can't wait to see. 

I'm sure you'll get to know my husband in many posts, but his name is Kyle and he is the most amazing human I know. We have only been married for 2 years, but there is not a minute of my life I don't want to share with him.
